By using the website or services of American Waste Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer residential trash pickup, bulk and junk removal, and RV park waste services across various areas in North Texas. Service availability may vary based on your location.

2. Service Rules

Pickup occurs weekly unless adjusted for holidays.
Bins must be placed curbside by 7:00 AM on your pickup day.
Bulk pickups must be scheduled in advance.

3. Billing & Payments

Flexible billing options: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually
All payments are securely processed
Late payments may incur a $10 fee
All bin purchases are final

4. Discounts

We offer a 15% discount to eligible households:

Military & Veterans
Seniors (55+)
First Responders
Law Enforcement
Teachers

*One discount per household. Not available for roll-off rentals.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate service and contact information
Use bins responsibly and avoid hazardous materials

6. Canceling Service

You may cancel your service at any time with at least 5 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Loaned bins must be returned or may be subject to a replacement charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of American Waste Services and may not be copied, reused, or republished without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for service delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, or for damage caused by improper bin usage or customer negligence.

9. Updates

We may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or services constitutes agreement to any changes.
